These terms cover bookings made through this website and your use of it. By sending a booking request you agree to them. We have written them in plain English. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.
Booking requests
A booking you send through this website is a request. It is confirmed only when we contact you to confirm the details, including the time. We may suggest another time, or decline a booking, if we cannot do the repair or cannot reach you.
The times on the website are when you can bring a device in, or when a technician can visit. They are not a promise that your repair will be finished then.
Prices and fees
We do not list repair prices on this website. A price depends on your device and its fault, and we will give you a quote. Sending a booking request does not commit you to a repair.
Some ways of getting your device to us carry a service fee. Any fee is shown on the website when you choose how you would like your device fixed, before you send your booking request.
Payment
You do not pay on this website. We will explain payment when we confirm your booking.
Changing or cancelling a booking
To change or cancel a booking, please call us on 0485 575 155 and tell us your booking reference.
Your device and your data
Before you hand over a device, please back up your files and, if you can, remove anything you would not want others to see, such as personal accounts. Some repairs, for example fixing a software fault or replacing storage, can cause data to be lost. If your data matters to you, tell us so we can talk about it before we start.
Visits and posting a device
If you choose a technician visit, please make sure someone can let us in and that the address you gave us is correct. Visits are only available in the areas shown on the website.
If you post a device, pack it carefully. We will contact you with how to send it in.
Using this website
Please give correct details. Do not misuse the website: do not send large numbers of bookings, try to get around its security, or try to reach parts of it you are not allowed to use. We may refuse bookings that look like misuse.
Your rights under consumer law
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be limited or excluded. If we give you a warranty on a repair, we will tell you its terms with your quote.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. The terms in force when you send a booking request apply to that booking.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of Victoria.
